Feversham Academy is supporting Safer Internet Day 2018

The theme for this year’s Safer Internet Day 2018 is “Create, connect and share respect: A better internet starts with you”

The theme encourages young people to promote positive digital wellbeing, today and everyday.

During GST this week, students will have a chance to think about and discuss amongst their peers:

  • How do you use the internet to connect with others? What social media sites do you use?
  • Is every online connection always positive?
  • It's very importan to look after ourselves and wellbeing but what about our digital wellbeing?

With the campaign message in mind “Create, connect and share respect: A better internet starts with you” students have been asked to write a pledge on a jigsaw piece template which will be added to our Pledge Jigsaw wall in the foyer, to show how we as a community at Feversham will change the internet experience of friends and family to a more postive one.
